Yes — Builder and Builder Pro users can export a submission-ready PDF from the workspace. UK exports require you to explicitly waive the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Does a UK purchase unlock the US product?

No. Unlocks are per country. UK purchases only apply to UK content, US purchases only to US. This is enforced server-side.
